This website includes marriage licenses in Athens Clarke-County dating back to 1934, our Decedent's Estate Records dating back to 2005, as well as other civil filings that are public record. Older records are scanned into our case management system and made available to the website on a case-by-case basis. For public information regarding any of our sealed cases, please contact the Clerk's Office.
